An mid/late 19th century Austro-Hungarian paste and enamel necklace. The circular-shape red paste and openwork multi-shade enamel links with green paste spacer links to the floral engraved clasp. Unhallmarked. AF. Length 44cms.

Overall condition fair, with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear and age. The enamel shows significant wear, chips to most enamel links, one pearl deficient to spacer. Some adjoining links appear loose may require attention. A French poincon- remark stamped to reverse of clasp.
