Patek Philippe wrist watch, manual wind movement is currently not functioning, few tiny marks to the blue sunburst effect dial with hourly applied gilt batons, few tiny marks also to the hands, light scratching to the glass consistent with general wear, scratching to the 18k gold round case and few tiny dints from general use, some wear to the associated black leather strap and rubbing to the gold plated pin buckle.
