Lot Description

A diamond and sapphire cultured pearl five-row necklace. Comprising five rows of sixty-six, sixty-two, sixty, fifty-six and fifty-four cultured pearls measuring from 5mm to 5.8mm, with four spacers set with brilliant-cut diamonds and rectangular-shape sapphires. Estimated total diamond weight 2.6cts. Length 35cms.

The overall condition is good. There are minor scratches to the mounts. The cultured pearls are creamy white with pinkish green overtones and a fair lustre. There are minor surface blemishes to some. The sapphires are a medium to dark blue with moderate saturation. Some of the sapphires have rubbed facet edges and small chips. The diamonds are bright and well matched.
