Lot Description
A 1980's 18ct gold emerald and diamond brooch. Of foliate design interspersed with circular-shape emeralds, brilliant-cut and single-cut diamonds to the similarly-cut diamond ribbon detail. Estimated total diamond weight 1.60cts, G-H colour, VS2-SI1. With import mark for Sheffield, 1988. Stamped C&F. Length 5.8cms. With associated Mappin and Webb case.

Condition Report
The brooch is in overall good condition. The diamonds are bright and lively. Small inclusions can be seen within some, under magnification. The emeralds have a vibrant hue. They are well matched. Minor nibbles can be seen to some. Light scratches and scuffs can be seen, general wear.
C&F stamp is probably Cropp and Farr.
