Lot Description
An early 20th century aquamarine and split pearl pendant. Of foliate design, the suspended circular-shape aquamarine and split pearl to the openwork similarly-cut aquamarine and split pearl cluster scrolling surmount suspended from a belcher link chain. Pendant stamped 9ct. Chain unhallmarked. Length of pendant 4.8cms. Length of chain 41cms.

Condition Report
The pendant is in overall fair condition. There are slight scratches and areas of discolouration to the pendant in keeping with the age of the piece. The central cluster and suspended drop have possibly been added at a later date, as the metal does not match the outer frame. The central split pearl has a crack to the nacre, the smaller split pearls are more grey in colour. There is slight abrasion to the facet edges of one of the aquamarine. The chain is damaged in several areas where the links are dented and off shape. The clasp has been replaced. Weight 4.4gms.
