Lot Description
An early 20th century emerald pendant. Of lozenge-shape, the square-shape emerald within an openwork foliate design suspended from an associated 18ct gold fancy link chain. Chain with import marks for London, 1986. Pendant unhallmarked. Length of chain 40cms.

Condition Report
The pendant is in overall good condition. The emerald appears to have been replaced at a later date, the outer collet is dented. There are light scratches and areas of discolouration to the outer surround. There is personal engraving to the back a date which reads '27.2.14'. There are some scattered white inclusions to the emerald visible with magnification. The chain is in good condition, the clasp is secure. Weight 4.3gms.
