A Victorian garnet pendant, circa 1880. The oval-shape garnets to the stylised knot surmount with foliate detail suspending an oval-shape garnet to the fine curb-link chain. Length of pendant 3.9cms. Length of chain 38cms.

The overall condition is good. There are some minor dents and scratches to the mount and some areas of discoloration. The pendant may have been converted from a pair of earrings. The garnets are medium pinkish-purple in colour with good saturation. They all have small chips to the surface.
