Lot Description
A sapphire and diamond five-stone ring. The graduated oval-shape sapphires with old-cut diamond spacers to the scrolling gallery and plain band. Estimated total diamond weight 1.50cts, H-I colour, VS2-SI2 clarity.

Condition Report
The ring is in overall fair/poor condition. There are scratches to the band and setting in keeping with overall wear. Estimated total sapphire weight 1.69cts, the sapphires are in good condition and fairly well matched. There are a deep blue, there is some angular colour zoning to the central sapphire when the stone is angled, there are some visible tractures with magnification to the central stone. The diamonds are bright, one with a chip to the girdle. Some of the diamond points are chipped. The settings would need to be secured. Ring size L1/2. Weight 4.4gms.
