Lot Description
A 1930's silver mounted glass teapot stand of circular form, hallmarked Mappin & Webb Ltd Birmingham 1930, diameter measuring 5 inches (13 cm). Together with a larger silver and glass example, hallmarked Birmingham, date letter illegible. (2).

Condition Report
The larger example displays general scratches, marks, wear and heavy tarnishing, from the underside some chips to the edge of the glass are visible along with glue (?) and some scratches to the underside of the silver, the hallmarks appear very worn. The smaller example displays general scratches, marks and wear, the silver has distorted and lifted away from the glass to the centre, the hallmarks rubbed but legible.
