A Victorian silver pierced dish, the openwork scroll and floral base with four splayed feet to the geometric fretwork marquise-shaped body with scroll detail and embossed scroll and floral rim. Hallmarked William Comyns & Sons, London 1888. Length 7 9/16 inches (19.2cm). Weight 7.44 ozt (231.5 grams).

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches, small dents and minimal tarnish in keeping with general wear. One of the feet has been crudely repaired. Some of the hallmarks are rubbed.
