Lot Description
A small silver footed bonbon dish of shaped square form, with an oval beaded rim and a tapering panel to each corner pierced with stylised foliate motifs, with a spreading octagonal sided foot. Hallmarked Birmingham 1946, maker's mark slightly distorted but possibly C.W.H. Measuring 5 inches by 5 inches (12.5cm), weight 4.48 ozt (139.2 grams).

The dish displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing in keeping with the age and use and would benefit from a clean and polish. Numerous dents around the rim of the base. The hallmarks are clear and legible.
