A pair of late Victorian silver marriage spoons, each designed as a plain bowl to the plaited stem with shell detail and double figure finial. Hallmarked for Henry Stratford, Sheffield 1897. Length 6 7/8 inches (17.5cms). Weight 4.2 ozt (130.7 grams).

The lot is in fair to good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The gilt is almost worn off completely. Both handles have been repaired. The hallmarks appear clear.
