Lot Description

A part set of eleven George III silver Old English pattern desert spoons and another similar dessert spoon, each with an engraved crest. Hallmarked William Eley & William Fearn, London 1800 and George Gray, London 1794. Length 6 3/8 inches 6 7/8 inches (16.3cm to 17.3cm). Weight 14.11 ozt (438.96 grams).

The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. There is significant tarnish to all the spoons with some heavier scratches over some of the crests. The single desert spoon shows rubbing to the hallmarks.
