A pair of George III silver Old English pattern basting spoons, with monogrammed terminal. Hallmarked Thomas Wallis II, London 1808. Length 11 3/4 inches (29.9cm). Weight 7.43 ozt (231.1 grams).

The lot is in good overall condition with scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. One of the spoons has significant discolouration. The other spoon has a shallow dent to one side of the bowl. Both makers marks are rubbed, one significantly so.
