Lot Description

A 1940's silver and white enamel square cigarette case with guilloché detail to front panel and engine turned decoration to back, opening to reveal a gilded interior and two line spring divider. Hallmarked William Neale & Son Ltd, Birmingham 1947. Together with a sterling silver swizzle stick. Gross weight 4.19 ozt (130.18 grams). (2).

Cigarette case in good general condition - silver showing wear in keeping with age and use, needs a clean as showing discolouration. Enamel detail worn slightly in one corner. Gilded interior in good condition, hinge in working order. Measures approximately 8.5 by 8.5 cm. Swizzle stick in good condition but middle prong of swizzle a bit bent out of shape, measures 8.5cm in length.
