Victorian silver vinaigrette of slim rectangular form with basket weave engraving, two oval cartouche, one with floral engraving, the case opens to reveal a gilt interior with pierced grille. Hallmarked Hilliard & Thomason Birmingham 1882. Length measuring 37 mm, weight 18 grams.

Condition Report
The vinaigrette appears in very good condition displaying general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. Discolourstion to the interior. The case opens very slightly to one side when closed. Suspension loop present. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
