Condition Report
The owl displays general light wear and surface marks and scratches and also a little tarnishing. There is some slight loss of detail to the feather decoration but it is generally in good condition. There are small eight holes in the metal in the top of his head, so it is possible that it has been converted from a pepper pot? There is considerable deterioration to the cushion, it is very worn and faded. Hallmarks are clear and legible.
