An early Victorian silver ewer, the spread circular foot to the ovoid body both with embossed floral motif to the tapered neck and spout and scrolling handle decorated throughout with chased acanthus leaf detail and a monogram "D". Hallmarked John Angell II & George Angell, London 1841. Height 12 inches (30.5cms). Weight 24.86 ozt (773.2 grams).

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches and very small dents in keeping with general wear. The solder to the foot appears slightly clumsy and the jug appears slightly off centre. There are two noticeable dents to the body of the piece along with the monogrammed D. The piece has uneven tarnish. The hallmarks have some wear.
