A French brass-cased four-glass mantel clock
Couaillet Freres, Paris, circa 1900
Having a 3.5-inch white-enamelled Arabic dial, the two-train movement half-hour striking on a coiled gong, with exhibition stamp, the case with bevelled glazing, sold with two-jar mercury pendulum, 35cm, (13.75") high (at fault)

Condition Report
Dial and movement are sound but case to rebuild: rear door glass OK but other panels are either damaged or missing. Frame joints are loose. Overall finish of metalwork is very dull and slightly coppery in colour.
