A late 19th Century French brass gorge-cased repeating carriage clock

Anonymous, circa 1880

Having a white Roman dial with moon hands, the movement with original silvered lever platform escapement and ringed pillars, numbered 54912, half-hour striking on a coiled blued steel gong, the case with bevelled glazing, 12.5cm, (5") high excluding handle, sold with hide travelling box

Case - the button is missing to the push repeat. There is some rubbing to the case. The travelling box has a crack across the top and general wear to the edges.
