Having a white circular Roman dial with moon hands, inscribed 'MATTHEW NORMAN LONDON', within gilt fleur-de-lis diaperwork, the single-barrel timepiece movement, with Swiss lever platform escapement, marked '11 Eleven Jewels Unadjusted Swiss Made" and numbered 1752, the cornice case 5.25", (13.5cm) high excluding handle

Movement - balance wheel operational, otherwise untested but appears clean and well-maintained.
Case - rubbing to roof around handle hilt, and also to apron. Dedication plaque affixed to rear door glass.
