An oak and mahogany cased longcase clock. The hood with raised arched pediment above an arched glazed panelled door enclosing a brass face plate with circular silvered dial and subsidiary dials. Markers detail Robt Danson Alford and eight day mechanism. 86" (218.5cm) tall

Hood - Pillars loose, some screws missing. Brass roundels thin with some holes, splits. Some veneer losses around door.
Face plate worn. Spandrels replaced and discoloured. Mechanism not known if working. Split along top edge of face plate.
Case - Door is painted brown. Front lowest panel split. Signs of worm. Some moulding missing and other moulding with damage. Some veneers missing to base. Backboard cut and incomplete
