A diamond horseshoe bar brooch. The slightly graduated old-cut diamond curved line to the knife-edge bar. Estimated total diamond weight 0.85ct. Length 5.5cms. With associated case.

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The diamonds appear bright and well matched, estimated I-J colour, SI1-P1 clarity with scattered inclusions. One diamond possible replacement. There are illegible, partial marks to the pin. The box has the lettering "P. Orr & Sons, Madras & Rangoon. Safety chain possibly not original.
