Lot Description

A diamond fleur-de-lys ring. The rectangular and pear-shape diamonds within a crinoline and angular surround with central shell detail to the later openwork band. Estimated total diamond weight 0.85ct.

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The band is a later replacement. There is a hole at the base of the fleur-de-lys. There are two small areas of soft solder repair to the back of the fleur-de-lys. The diamonds appear bright and moderately well matched, estimated H-K colour, SI clarity with scattered inclusions. The pear-shape diamond is lower in colour grade than the other diamonds. Unhallmarked. The diamond surround is a richer yellow colour than the band. Weight 3.3gms.
