A diamond, sapphire and conch shell cameo pendant. Of oval outline, the conch shell cameo carved to depict the side profile of an elegant lady within a brilliant-cut diamond and circular-shape sapphire surround. One paste replacement. Length 4.2cms.

The pendant is in overall fair condition. There is wear to the cameo in keeping with overall wear. The paste replacement is abraded. The sapphires are in good condition and well matched. There are scratches and areas of discolouration to the mount. Weight 8.9gms.
