A Victorian silver key wind open face pocket watch, the white dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, all surrounded by a minute track, round case with milled band, engine turned decoration with a vacant cartouche to rear, hallmarked Chester 1888, fitted with a full plate movement signed A. Smith with ratchet tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 52mm.
