A Victorian 18ct gold key wind open face pocket watch, the gilt dial with hourly applied black Roman numerals, bordered by a minute track, decoration to the centre, the round ornately decorated case, hallmarked London circa. 1878, vacant cartouche to the rear, fitted with a full plate movement signed Lowe & Son, Chester. Case diameter 37mm. Total weight 38gms. With box.

18ct gold key wind pocket watch, movement is currently functioning, dial is heavily tarnished and shows scratches, there is noticeable damage to the paint work of the Roman numerals, hands are slightly discoloured but are generally in good condition, glass is lightly scratched, case is lightly scratched and edge of the case is rubbed, dust cover is lightly scratched, hinges are functioningn well, hallmarks are rubbed.
This lot comes with a fitted box and key.
