Lot Description
A gold plated keyless wind open face pocket watch signed Illinois Watch Co., the white dial with hourly applied black Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial positioned to six o'clock, all surrounded by a minute track with red Arabic divisions, round case with a stag image engraved to rear, fitted with a signed full plate movement with club tooth lever escapement. Case diameter 54mm.

Gold plated keyless wind pocket watch by Illinois Watch Co., keyless wind movement is currently functioning, the dial is cracked in few places, especially to the centre and between twelve and one o'clock, hands are slightly discoloured, minute hand is broken, but it is still between the dial and glass, glass is scratched to the whole surface due to general wear, case seems to be in the same state, tiny dints noticeable to the sides of the case, gold plating is coming off in various places, winding crown is slightly damaged, movement appears to be darkened and one of the screws is broken.
This lot does not come with box or papers.
