An early 20th century 14k gold filled keyless wind open face pocket watch signed Elgin, the square dial having silvered Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, all surrounded by an outer minute track, the Art Deco style square case with canted corners by Fahys, numbered 818433, with initials "FHH" engraved to the rear, fitted with a signed seventeen jewel movement with chaton set train jewelling, club tooth lever escapement, split bi-metal compensation balance and blued overcoil hairspring. Elgin pocket watch, keyless wind movement is currently functioning, tiny marks and scratches across the cream dial, light scratching to the silvered Arabic numerals, scratching and tarnishing to the hands, light scratching to the glass, scratching and tiny dints to the octagonal case consistent with general use, light grazing also to the case, engraving to the rear of the case.
