Lot Description
A base metal keyless wind open face pocket watch, the white enamel dial having black Arabic twenty-four hour numerals, half the dial with twelve hour numeral markers, outer minute track with red Arabic numeral divisions, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, plain case stamped "Argentan", fitted with an unsigned frosted gilt Swiss bar movement with club tooth lever escapement and overcoil hairspring. Case diameter 49mm.

Open face pocket watch, keyless wind movement is currently functioning, some tiny marks to the dial, area of damage or repair at the four o'clock position, very light crack from the centre towards the three o'clock position, tiny marks and some discolouration to the hands, no scratches to the glass visible to the naked eye, the case has medium scratches and tiny dints, rubbing to the gold coloured plating of the crown.
