Lot Description
A French diamond, ruby and plique-a-jour enamel floral spray brooch. The stylised floral cluster set with rose-cut diamonds and circular-shape rubies, surmounted by green enamel pique-a-jour enamel foliage. With French makers mark. Length 7.4cms. Weight 24.3gms. With fitted case. See Plate 2.

Condition Report
The brooch is in overall good condition. The diamonds are quite bright. They appear grey and hazy. The rubies have a pinkish red hue. Several are chipped/nicked. All settings will need attention. No obvious damage can been seen to the pique-a-jour enamel. Gas bubbles are easily visible within the enamel. Slight nicks can also be seen. Light scratches and scuffs can be seen, general wear.
Inner silk to case stamped Fine Jewels Antrobus, Old Bond Street and Sloane Street.
