A mid 19th century buckle mourning ring. The engraved buckle to the woven hair band. Personal engraving to inner band reads 'James Roche Died 27th Feb 1858 Aged 49.

The lot is in fair condition. There are scratches to the piece in keeping with overall wear. There is discolouration to the buckle and outer channel to the woven hair band, there is wear to the engraved detail. There is dirt and wear to the woven band. Ring size L. Weight 1.9gms.
