A late 19th century mourning brooch. The oval-shape woven hair panel to the black enamel scrolling surround. Length 4.6cms.

The brooch is in overall good condition. There are some dents to the central collet and dirt visible beneath the glass panel, the central glass appears slightly wonky. The back pin is metal and has possibly been replaced. The enamel is in good condition. Weight 21.7gms.
