Lot Description
A selection of five late Victorian items, circa 1880. To include a 9ct gold locket of circular-outline with scrolling border detail, a diamond target style brooch, the old-cut diamond within a canetille surround, a woven hair stickpin together with two other brooches. One with hallmarks for Chester.

Condition Report
The items are in overall good condition. Light tarnish, scratches and scuffs can be seen to the majority of the items, in keeping with age. The locket is in good working order. The letter date is a little unclear (possibly an 'e'?) The inner glass panel is original. The diamond is bright and lively to the target style brooch. It has a hair panel to the reverse. The brooch clip is missing to the oval-shape brooch and the vacant back panel will need attention.
The woven hair to the stickpin is becoming a little loose to the top of the panel. There is personal engraving to the reverse and the stick may have been added to the hair panel at a later date.
