Lot Description
A sapphire and diamond cluster pendant. The oval-shape sapphire within a brilliant-cut diamond surround to the plain surmount. Estimated sapphire weight 7.60cts. Estimated total diamond weight 1.80cts, H-I colour, SI clarity. Stamped 18k. Length 2.9cms. See Plate 8.

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The diamonds appear bright and well matched with scattered light inclusions. The sapphire is heat treated and believed to be of Ceylon origin. The sapphire is a medium blue hue with patchy colour distribution and some angular colour zoning visible face up.
