An early 20th century diamond and paste cluster ring. The old European-cut diamond within a blue paste surround and outer petal border of rose-cut diamonds. Estimated centre diamond weight 0.50ct, I-J colour, SI1-SI2 clarity. Length 1cm. See Plate 8.

The ring is in overall good to fair condition. The blue paste stones are replacements. The settings will need attention to check their security. The central diamond is bright and lively. It is drawing a slight yellow hue. Light scratches and scuffs can be seen, general wear. Ring size N.
