VERTEX - a 1940's 18ct gold ruby and diamond manual wind cocktail watch. The square-shape white dial with gold coloured numerals at alternate hours to the square-shape ruby and vari-cut diamond links and associated 9ct gold mesh link strap. Estimated total diamond weight 0.40ct. Inner case with hallmarks for London, 1949. Strap with hallmarks for Birmingham, 1968. Weight 23.7gms. With maker's case.

Overall condition fair to good. The watch is not working at present. We cannot guarantee that the watch will work, or the accuracy of the movement. Mesh link strap is a later addition. Hallmarks clear. Settings are uneven in places with moderate damage and abrasion visible to the unaided eye. Length 19cms.
