Lot Description

An early 20th century brass carriage clock, having a brass dial with Arabic chapter ring, the unmarked single barrel timepiece movement with replaced lever platform escapement, in a multi piece case with facetted columns, in a hide travelling box, 4.25", (11cm) high excluding handle

Minor scratching around centre of dial and a little speckling to right hand edge.

Movement appears sound but is untested. The winding arbour has a wingnut shaped winder pinned to it.

The case is in good order.

The travelling box is very scuffed and worn, and is missing the cover for its release button.
