An 18th century Italian maiolica albarello, of slightly waisted cylindrical form decorated with flowers, foliage and scrolls above a band of X motifs, 4.5" diameter x 6" high, (11.5cm x 15cm)  (af)

General rim rubbing plus two rim flakes. Fine crazing plus one small flake to shoulder. Base possibly reattached - circular crack noticeable to interior but does not seem to extend fully around outside. Radial cracks noticeable to underside but less obvious internally.
