A late Victorian silver milk jug, of baluster form on a circular foot, with twin vacant cartouches and floral band detail, to the spout and S scroll handle. Hallmarked Daniel & Charles Houle, Birmingham 1870. Maximum length 3 5/8 inches (9.3 cm), weight 3.87 ozt (120.5 grams).

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. There is general black tarnish/discolouration. The spout is a possible repair/replacement. There are some small dents. The makers mark is slightly worn. The piece still retains some of the gilt interior.
