The salver displays general wear, tarnishing and surface marks and scratches all over.  Some of the scratches are longer, deeper and more visible, especially to the plain centre of the salver.  There are also various surface dints/nicks in the metal, spots of tarnishing and remnants of polish in some areas.  The salver is slightly lower on one side, probably from general wear.  Hallmarks to the underside are clear and legible.  Reverse also inscribed 'MD V' over 'B' and with scratch weight '19 11'
