A George III silver mustard pot of oval banded form with initialled cartouche, reeded borders and floral embossing and domed hinged lid with shell thumb piece, missing liner. Hallmarked Peter, Ann & William Bateman London 1804. Height measuring 3 inches (7.5 cm), weight 3.25 ozt (101 grams).

Condition Report
The mustard pot displays general scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with the age and use. The hinge allows some sideways movement. A number of small repairs to the body. The engraving has rubbed in areas. Possible decoration to the handle ery rubbed. The hallmarks clear and legible, makers mark only part visible.
