A late Victorian silver two handled bowl, the lobed form with Gothic script monogram and scrolling handles, on a circular foot. Hallmarked Samuel Walton Smith, Birmingham, 1899. Maximum height 2 1/4 inches (7cms), weight 7 ozt (217.8 grams).

Condition Report
The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. There is moderate tarnish and discolouration to the outside of the piece. One of the handles is stamped JAY to the underside. There is a stock number scratched into the base of the foot and there is a five-rayed star struck to the base. The gilt is slightly worn.
