A garnet and sapphire necklace. The front designed as nine graduated oval garnet cabochons, with circular-shape white sapphire spacers, to the curb-link back-chain and similarly-set clasp. Length 36cms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good/fair. There are scratches wear and areas of discolouration to the setting and chain. The chain appears dented and slightly damaged in places. The garnets vary in shade some more brown and others more purple, there are scratches and surface reaching fractures to many. The central garnet is heavily chipped to the back, dimensions of central garnet 14 by 10 by 6.15mm. Dimensions of end garnet 10.5 by 7 by 3.5mm. There is abrasion to the facet edges of many of the white sapphires. All of the settings would need to be checked. Unhallmarked. Weight 27.5gms.
