Overall condition fair/poor. There are scratches to the amethyst brooch in keeping with slight wear there are some file marks flanking the amethyst, the collet may need to be secured. There is some abrasion to the facet edges of the amethyst visible with magnification. The back pin is metal. There is serious wear to the surround of the cameo brooch, there is greening to the hinge, the hinge possibly added at a later date, the back pin is metal. There is a crack stemming across the cameo possibly effecting the durability of the stone, there is a chip to the reverse. There is damage to the base of the neck where there are several chips. There is serious discolouration to the bar of the scarab brooch, the pin is bent, the scarab is in good condition.
