A diamond and sapphire plaque brooch. Of openwork design, the three graduated principal old-cut diamonds within a rose and old-cut diamond surround to the rectangular-shape sapphire detail. Principal diamonds estimated total weight 1ct, J-K colour, P1-P2 clarity. Length 5.5cms.
