An amethyst necklace. Designed as a series of circular-shape amethyst collets, inter-spaced by cross-shape links, to the push-piece clasp. Estimated total amethyst weight 12cts. Stamped 585, Italy. Length 45cms. Weight 54gms.

Condition Report
Overall condition good. Minor surface wear in keeping with general wear. The amethyst are well matched. One amethyst cabochon has been replacement. The setting is bruised and the cabochon is very shallow compared to the other stones. Estimated diameter of amethysts 5.2mm. Due to the closed back settings it is not possible to calculate an accurate total amethyst weight. Based on the surface spread alone of the amethysts they have an estimated total weight of 12cts.
