Lot Description
Two pairs of Victorian coral earrings. To include a pair of early Victorian pear-shape carved coral drops with gold plated caps and a pair of mid Victorian gold button-shape coral cabochon earrings. Untested for natural colour origin. Length 4.1 and 2.4cms.

Condition Report
The lot is in fair to good overall condition with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The carved coral earrings have wear to the gold plating and are missing their fittings. The coral cabochon earrings have moderately large polyp cavities visible to the reverse. The coral is a pinkish orange hue with a slightly mottled colour and some growth lines visible. Diameter of coral cabochon 10.27mms. Length of coral drop 4.1cms. The cabochon coral earrings have hook fittings for pierced ears.
