A sardonyx cameo ring. The oval sardonyx carved to depict the profile of an Elizabethan styled gentleman, to the foliate engraved shoulders and plain half-band. Stamped 9ct.

The lot is in good overall condition with light scratches and small dents in keeping with general wear. The band has been repaired/resized with slightly differently coloured metals. The cameo is modern and possibly a replacement. The cameo is slightly loose within its mount. Ring size X. Weight 7.3gms.
