A base metal manual wind gentleman's military issue wrist watch by Jaeger-LeCoultre, the black dial with hourly applied white Arabic numerals, bordered by a minute track with luminous divisions at five minute intervals, subsidiary seconds dial to six o'clock, tonneau shaped case with stainless steel back, case back engraved with W.W.W with British broad arrow along with the numbers 283917 F13232, fitted to an associated fabric strap with pin buckle, signed movement numbered 322487, calibre 479. Case width 35mm.

A Jaeger-LeCoultre military wristwatch, the manual wind movement is currently functioning, the dial is marked and there is an area of discolouration at the centre, luminous paint work to dial is discoloured and out of shape, Arabic numerals are slightly discoloured, hands show scratches and luminous paint work is discoloured, , the glass is lightly scratched, but the scratches should polish out, the case has medium scratches and dints, white metal is worn showing base metal, case back is showing scratches, bezel shows scratches and dints from use, the fabric strap is in good condition, there are a few light scratches on the pin buckle which are noticeable under closer inspection.
